Description Engineering Manager We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Short Term Credit Engineering Group, leading one of the teams responsible for the cutting-edge platform our customers use to apply for Funding Circle’s class-leading revolving credit products. The role Accountable for executing the roadmap for your area, delivering business and technology objectives. Level up your team’s product development maturity, aiming for engineering excellence and progress towards our target architecture. Represent Funding Circle at industry events and foster community relationships. Forge strong partnerships with stakeholders and share ownership of outcomes. Mentor and share expertise to empower teams and stakeholders. What we’re looking for Experience in management or technical leadership, with at least 1 year in a management role. Track record of delivering high-value products using agile methodologies. Understanding of engineering performance metrics for continuous improvement.
