Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Social Media Executive on behalf of our collaborative and successful client based near Bournemouth. They are seeking a confident and creative personality to join their award-winning team, recently recognised by Great Place to Work and the Emphasis Independent and Individual Assessment for a supportive and dynamic work environment. This Social Media Executive will be responsible for enhancing social media presence for the group. This includes managing social media interactions by creating engaging content in the form of long and short videos, still images, and graphics to name a few. You’ll also get involved in strategy, collaborating with franchisees to build a cohesive brand and achieve shared goals. We are looking for a team player who can connect with our client’s community and is confident in all aspects of social media.

Salary & Benefits:

  • A salary up to £30,000 PA, depending on your experience
  • Working Monday to Friday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm
  • Parking available

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement creative social media plans to strengthen online presence and support lead generation.
  • Create new video and photography opportunities.
  • Create powerful posts to highlight online presence.
  • Reach out to industry influencers and liaise with franchise partners to ensure brand cohesiveness and grow audience reach.
  • Monitor social media analytics, respond to comments/reviews and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and ROI.
  • Liaise with partners to ensure brand cohesiveness.
  • Work with internal teams to maintain an engaging, on-brand website and social media presence.

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in social media marketing (Multi-platform).
  • Experience with Image and Video Editing (E.g. Adobe, Canva, or similar).
  • Producing long and short form content for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident responding to comments and reviews across all our channels.
  • Social media analytics.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles.
  • Wordpress (Elementor).
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
