Job Details:
- Hours - Mon-Friday 9am-5pm
- Pay - $90,000 per year

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; Business/Marketing/Communications, related field; Required

Responsibilities:
- Help with onsite sales training, coaching and mentoring of current Senior Living Director of Sales.
- Monitors and ensures accountability for achieving sales goals.
- Travel to communities as requested to offer support and assist the sales team in person.
- Make prospect follow up calls, conduct tours, work with prospective families regarding the move-in process.
- Periodically cover for empty site sales roles.
- Respond to inquiries, conduct personal visits, and use follow-up strategies to make sales.
- Assist in managing the on-site sales employees. This role will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
- Help achieve and maintain 95%+ occupancy through marketing, public relations, sales, and resident service activities.
- Must have a competitive drive to meet and exceed goals.
- Supports communities with market information and sales consultation to ensure successful occupancy and customer service outcomes.
- Monitor all aspects of the building and operations that affect first impressions and bring concerns and recommendations to the Executive Director of improvement.
- Work with the community nurse, family members, care providers, social services personnel, and other professionals as needed to ensure appropriate placement and successful residency.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding residents, prospective residents, facility operations and personnel.
- Provides training and oversight in Hubspot CRM Systems.
