Role Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join the growing Digital practice at a time of significant expansion. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in the development and growth of it\’s Artificial Intelligence & Data offerings across multiple sectors, with a focus on increasing customer acquisition, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new consulting opportunities with clients.
• Lead the development and delivery of analytics solutions, collaborating with other teams within the firm.
• Develop hypotheses about potential issues and reasons for financial performance.
• Create data-driven strategies to improve company performance.
• Present key insights, findings, and proposed solutions to senior management teams.
• Manage high-performance teams to implement the solutions.
• Apply hands-on expertise in analysing and using data from a variety of complex, high-volume structured and unstructured databases, third-party sources, and publicly available data.
• Understand how predictive models, machine learning, and AI algorithms are used to develop insights and identify strategies for improvement.
• Use technical expertise to create tactical tools and solutions that align with business strategy.
• Present technical approaches, implementation strategies, and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A strong academic background in science, technology, or business.
• Extensive consulting experience in Artificial Intelligence & Data is essential.
• Leadership experience in a relevant Data/AI role within industry is highly preferred.
• Industry experience in Retail, CPG, and Private Equity sectors is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and generate demand for the firm’s resources with prospective and existing clients.
• Demonstrated ability to expand opportunities for yourself and your team members on client projects.
• Experience navigating complex client environments and leading change at the executive level and across the organization.
• A natural relationship builder who can coach, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of data, technology, and programming languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high client expectations.

Package:

• £200-£240,000 base salary
• 40-50% bonus
• Hybrid working
