About The Role
We are seeking a Regional Leader to spearhead Revenue Marketing strategy for EMEA. As Director, EMEA Revenue Marketing, you will have strategic oversight of marketing across the entire region and directly own the execution of the revenue marketing plan within a specific sub-region (primary focus: Central Europe). This individual will serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Marketing and the EMEA Sales organization, translating global priorities into regional programs while tailoring initiatives to meet sub-regional and local market needs. You will play a critical role in building brand awareness, moving accounts through the pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and ensuring thorough coverage of our total addressable market through targeted, high-impact marketing programs. Reporting to the VP, Global Revenue Marketing, this role offers a highly visible leadership opportunity within BioCatch.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the Revenue Marketing strategy for EMEA, ensuring alignment with global objectives while tailoring programs to regional nuances.
- Own and execute multi-channel, 1:1 ABM campaigns in a designated EMEA sub-region, with a primary focus on Central Europe.
- Manage and mentor a small team of regional Revenue Marketers.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing programs across EMEA: including ABM, regional and national trade shows, targeted field events, webinars, digital campaigns, direct mail, PR initiatives, and more.
- Collaborate with Corporate Marketing teams (Content, Product Marketing, Digital) to customize messaging, campaigns, and assets for regional relevance.
- Build relationships with professional associations to amplify brand exposure and thought leadership.
- Manage and optimize relationships with external agencies as needed within the region.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain close alignment with EMEA Sales leadership to ensure that marketing programs drive pipeline, engagement, and accelerate sales cycles.
- Communicate and promote marketing initiatives, content, and tools to the sales team effectively.
- Understand sales challenges and develop marketing solutions to address barriers.
- Measure and report on marketing engagement across the total addressable market, applying a strategic lens to coverage gaps.
- Support partner marketing initiatives across the region.
- Share best practices across the global marketing organization to foster innovation and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Cybersecurity industries.
- 5+ years of experience leading ABM strategies and executing campaigns with tools such as 6Sense.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading regional marketing strategy and driving measurable revenue impact.
- Deep expertise in integrated marketing, including field marketing, digital, events, and partner marketing.
- Strong ability to collaborate across executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams.
- Initiative, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-service mindset and ability to "roll up sleeves" to get things done.
- Fluent in English; fluency in French or German strongly preferred; additional European languages a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 20% and work across time zones as needed.
- Budget and program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
