Job Summary
- Create, pilot, deliver, quality assure, and evaluate training programs aligned with strategic and operational priorities.
- Develop an annual training plan covering areas of expertise and team responsibilities.
- Partner with managers to identify L&D needs, then plan, design, and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to understand team challenges and objectives, providing solutions or liaising with the Learning and Development Centre of Excellence.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts to co-design effective learning options, ensuring consistency across offerings.
- Manage L&D data to inform business conversations and schedule training based on data insights.
- Evaluate blended learning options such as coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, classroom sessions, e-learning, and simulations to optimize learning transfer.
- Innovate by identifying new interventions, approaches, and channels for effective L&D.
- Shared responsibilities include Quality and Assurance, Data management, Professional Qualifications, Accreditations, Apprenticeships, Core Skills, Health and Safety, and Induction processes.
