The What…
As an Assistant Manager, you will receive a thorough induction to set you up for success and ensure you are fully trained across all areas of the busy centre, including lanes, bar and diner, and amusements.
In our fast-paced environment, you will be at the heart of the Hollywood Bowl experience, supporting effective business operations, injecting fun and positivity into the team, and enhancing the customer journey.
Your responsibilities will range from coaching and mentoring the team, to managing front-of-house operations, and supporting the General Manager back-of-house to achieve centre goals and financial targets. You will ensure your centre maintains the highest standards and provides a safe, fun environment for customers.
To be successful, you will have:
- Management experience, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or retail
- A passion for customer service
- Experience in inspiring and developing large teams
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- A desire for success
