About The Role We\’re launching a new flagship creative campus in Leeds, and we\’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Campus Manager to lead the charge. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up: a high-impact leadership role where you\’ll shape the student experience, drive growth, and oversee all aspects of academic and campus operations. What You\’ll be Responsible For In this role, you will build, inspire, and manage a high-performing, student-focused campus team, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable working environment. You will drive student recruitment, retention, and campus expansion over the coming years, contributing to national strategic initiatives and campus planning. Ensuring exceptional teaching, learning, and wellbeing standards will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you champion a \”student-first\” culture with personalised support and creative opportunities. You will oversee day-to-day campus functions, from building management to academic administration, implementing strong quality assurance, compliance, and safeguarding practices. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with local industry, creative partners, and community stakeholders, planning and hosting open days, events, and guest speaker programmes. What We’re Looking For We are seeking someone with proven experience managing teams, ideally in an education or creative environment. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset, being a strategic thinker who’s comfortable in fast-growing, hands-on roles. Confidence across compliance, budgeting, facilities, and academic delivery is essential.
