About The Role We\’re launching a new flagship creative campus in Leeds, and we\’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Campus Manager to lead the charge. This is a rare opportunity to build something from the ground up: a high-impact leadership role where you\’ll shape the student experience, drive growth, and oversee all aspects of academic and campus operations. What You\’ll be Responsible For In this role, you will build, inspire, and manage a high-performing, student-focused campus team, promoting a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable working environment. You will drive student recruitment, retention, and campus expansion over the coming years, contributing to national strategic initiatives and campus planning. Ensuring exceptional teaching, learning, and wellbeing standards will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you champion a \”student-first\” culture with personalised support and creative opportunities. You will oversee day-to-day campus functions, from building management to academic administration, implementing strong quality assurance, compliance, and safeguarding practices.
