As a Lobby Ambassador at JLL, you\’ll be the face of our organization, shaping a brighter way for our clients and fellow employees. In this pivotal role, you\’ll create a welcoming and professional environment in our corporate lobbies, embodying our culture of collaboration and innovation. You\’ll have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of individuals, from high-level executives to valued clients, ensuring their experience aligns with JLL\’s commitment to excellence. What your day-to-day will look like:

  1. Greet and direct visitors, employees, and clients with a warm, professional demeanor
  2. Manage visitor check-in processes, including issuing badges and notifying appropriate staff of arrivals
  3. Assist with internal/external bookings as required with full meeting room accountability
  4. Ensure that all meeting rooms, services, VC, facilities, and public areas are set and maintained to the expected standards
  5. Own and facilitate room setups, including moving flexible furniture
  6. Be aware of room status at all times and support internal rooms appropriately, ensuring readiness prior to the next booking
  7. Provide information on available facilities, arrange viewings, and accompany clients on tours as needed
  8. Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries efficiently and courteously
  9. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lobby area
  10. Coordinate with security personnel to follow building safety protocols
  11. Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
  12. Embrace innovative working methods to enhance the visitor experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Corporate or 5* Hotel Reception environment
  • Independent and self-managing worker
  • Strong customer service skills and networking ability
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong team player with multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Flexible approach to departmental requirements
