Responsibilities As an Associate – Investor Relations (German-speaking) with Hines, you will support our global client servicing efforts, focusing on investor relations for institutional, high net worth, and family office investors in the EMEA region. You will work closely with and support the Managing Director of Investor Relations to respond to investor inquiries, enhancing client satisfaction and retention. Your responsibilities include: Supporting the Investor Relations team in operational and daily business matters. Communicating details about Hines’ investment vehicles effectively. Creating key documents and communications to respond to investor inquiries. Assisting during the onboarding process for EMEA institutional investors, from commitments to closings, and maintaining regular communication. Supporting the management and communication via the Investor Portal. Collaborating with teams across Hines, including Investor Marketing, Investor Services, Capital Raisers, Fund Management, Finance, Asset Management, Legal, and Compliance. Qualifications Minimum requirements include: Bachelor\’s degree from an accredited institution. Five or more years of relevant experience, particularly in institutional real estate, investment management, investor relations, research, financial analysis, or consulting. Business-level German language skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail. Service-oriented with a positive attitude towards investor requests. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Proficiency in numerical and financial analysis. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and institutional investment vehicles is a plus.
