Social Media Account Manager – the role
The agency is growing fast. The team is looking for a highly organized and strategic Social Account Manager to oversee and run the Business As Usual (BAU) social media workstreams for its clients. You will be the key client point of contact for these workstreams, responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless delivery. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate with social media managers, creatives, and production teams to keep projects running smoothly. You will also play a key role in content shoot planning and execution, ensuring everything is captured efficiently and on time.
Social Media Account Manager – skills and experience

• 3+ years\’ experience in account management or social media project management, ideally in an agency setting
• Strong understanding of both organic and paid social media strategies and platforms
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and teams
• A confident and professional communicator, comfortable being the key point of contact for clients
• Experience working with social media teams and creatives to deliver content effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once, staying calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker with a solutions-orientated attitude and a focus on achieving results
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work
• Experience using project management tools a plus
• Fluent in English (other languages a bonus).
