As a Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. You will build long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilising Salesforce CRM to manage performance and customer interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms that meet customer needs while maximising profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, alongside maintaining accurate sales records and meeting performance goals through effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into high-value projects.
  • Customer Relationships: Build lasting partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions, tracking interactions via Salesforce CRM.
  • Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach, prepare accurate quotes, and negotiate terms to meet customer and business needs.
  • Performance Reporting: Use CRM tools to track sales performance and generate reports to ensure goal achievement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with operational and support teams, providing leadership and support as needed.

  • Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role primarily based in the branch with outbound calling.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
  • Leasing experience is beneficial but not required.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
