Deals Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions Manager

What your days will look like:

1. Work in a team to deliver bespoke tax advice and implications in a fast-paced and evolving deals market.
2. Play a key role in developing relationships with clients and junior team members.
3. Seek specialist input from other parts of tax and the wider network—particularly Transaction Services and non-UK teams.
4. Be actively involved in business development activities, helping to identify and research opportunities with new and existing clients.

This role is for you if:

1. You have the ability to build internal and external relationships and networks, both within the UK and overseas.
2. You have developed communication skills, particularly in negotiating with and influencing others.
3. You possess strong analytical, project management, and report-writing skills.
4. You have an inquisitive mind and the ability to solve problems as part of a diverse team.
5. You can apply tax technical knowledge and insights in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
6. You possess an accounting or tax qualification (such as ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI, ATT, CTA) or equivalent work experience, including international candidates qualifying through experience in their home country.
