New temporary HR Administrator role, based in London!

I am delighted to be working with one of my clients, as they look to recruit for a HR Administrator on temporary basis.

Location: London (NW)

Salary: up to Β£28k per annum

Working pattern: Hybrid, 4 days in the office and 1 days working from home

Term – Full time

The HR Administrator will work closely with the HR team to complete internal audit processes and current HR related projects.

This role would suit somebody with experience with proven experience as a HR Administrator.

The right candidate will need to:

  • Possess experience working as a HR Assistant or Administrator
  • Be available immediately
  • Possess an up to date DBS check

Temporary HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in internal audit processes.
  • Collate, check and verify documentation for internal audits.
  • Review RTW data and documentation
  • Review data quality for internal audits and assist with general issues.
  • Assist in collating bulk data for Terms and Conditions changes when required.
  • Assist with day to day HR administrative duties, as required.

Experience required:

  • Must be available immediately, essential
  • Knowledge and experience of UK compliance, Right to work in the UK and DBS.
  • Proven experience of working in a HR Assistant or Administration role.
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail, planning, problem solving and communication skills.
  • CIPD Level 3 or above would be advantageous.
  • Possess an up to date DBS check.
