You’ll make an impact through:

• Using your analytical and problem-solving skills to support delivery of client-focused ESG projects.
• Applying ESG frameworks such as TCFD, CSRD, ISSB and SASB to help clients measure, manage and report on their ESG performance.
• Calculating and reporting corporate carbon footprints, and developing strategies and transition pathways to reduce emissions.
• Having a willingness to learn and adapt, developing your ESG knowledge through training and collaboration with colleagues.
• Working as part of a diverse team, with the opportunity to interact closely with clients. It is critical that you can establish trust, credibility, and can quickly build effective relationships.

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

• A demonstrable interest in ESG & Sustainability.
• A strong academic record: preferably with a sustainability or business-focus and ideally to post-graduate level.
• 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent level 3 qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level).
• A predicted/obtained honours degree.
• Strong numerical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships externally & internally.
• Time Management skills.
• Experience within a professional environment.
