Lead the Way as a Legal Practice Manager!   We are seeking an exceptional Practice Manager for our client based in Bedford to take charge of operations, compliance, and strategy while driving success.     Your Role: Collaborating with senior leadership, you’ll oversee critical functions, including: Team Leadership: Manage finance, reception, and post room teams to ensure smooth operations. Compliance & Risk: Advise on SRA, AML, SAR, and GDPR while preparing for audits and mitigating risks. Financial Oversight: Handle VAT, payroll, tax, and provide insightful management reports. Innovation: Streamline systems, negotiate with suppliers, and implement productivity solutions. Accreditations: Oversee Lexcel and CQS standards, staff training, and policy updates.
