Our client is a well-known Consultancy that acts as a trusted advisor to help clients understand their business’ challenges and opportunities, to inform effective strategic decision-making, and to design and implement transformational solutions to enable outstanding performance.
Consultants in their Strategy practice will:
- Utilise excellent analytical skills and business acumen to break down complex, multi-faceted business situations and identify key drivers for growth, performance and profitability.
- Use advanced creative thinking to design enterprise-wide solutions to transform client business models.
- Deploy leading-edge human-centric methodologies to ensure that solutions are implemented effectively, ensuring adoption and value realisation.
Within this context, the client is looking for a specialist in Strategy, whose experience will include expertise in any of the following areas:
- Enterprise-Wide Transformation
- Operational Strategy
Successful candidates will additionally be able to demonstrate experience contributing to the growth of a management consulting practice in areas such as business development, practice development and thought leadership. Due to the nature of the projects, you will need between 4-10 years of Consulting experience either in a large Consulting organisation or a recognised mid-tier firm.
