The Role

KPMG\’s Technology Transformation practice helps clients transform the way CIOs and their management teams manage and deliver IT services to their customers. We support our clients through digital transformation and enable them to transform their business through technology-enabled change.

Within Technology Transformation, we deliver collaborative team engagements, working across capabilities to optimize IT services. We are growing our team to meet increasing demand and seek your expertise to join us.

As a Senior Manager within our IT Sourcing capability, you will help clients leverage their supply chains for high-value technology transformation aligned with their broader business goals.

You will:

• Assist clients in understanding how technology providers and service partners can deliver transformation capabilities.
• Help build and implement sourcing and supplier strategies.
• Develop go-to-market strategies to secure required capabilities.
• Deliver quality supplier engagement and manage stakeholder requirements.
• Negotiate robust contracts with suppliers.
• Support transition of services to suppliers and ensure post-contract value realization.

You will also:

• Identify market trends and develop leverageable products/services.
• Champion the use of our global AI propositions.
• Lead engagement teams to deliver quality outcomes and identify further opportunities.
• Build relationships with SMEs to address client needs.

Domain Skills and Experience

You should have extensive experience in sourcing strategies within domains such as:

• Application Hosting: Knowledge of hyperscale cloud providers, migration risks, commercial negotiations, and legacy service management.
• System Integration: Experience with complex application deployment, risk management, and commercial models.
• Digital Workplace: Experience with digital workplace transformation, device management, automation, and BYOD economics.

Skills and Experience

• Influence C-level stakeholders and manage sourcing processes.
• Define technical and operational requirements.
• Apply evaluation, selection, and project management methods, including agile sourcing.
• Understand market analysis, vendor management, and pricing models.

The Person

• Experience in complex IT environments with domain expertise.
• Background in delivery or strategic sourcing within IT.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
