THE ROLE

We have a new opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Real Estate Senior Associate (3+ PQE) to join a growing team within the Corporate Real Estate and Private Capital department.

The work will be broad-ranging and of exceptional quality, including responsibilities such as:

1. The sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts, and other entities with interests in real estate investments, developments, and businesses.
2. Joint ventures and co-investment arrangements.
3. Public and private fund raising.

The work will mainly serve clients in the real estate, hotels, hospitality, and private wealth sectors.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered, you will have:

• A solid corporate real estate background with knowledge of the real estate sector.
• Strong technical and drafting skills.
• The ability to assume responsibility for principal associate roles on transactions.
• Experience supervising and mentoring trainees and junior lawyers where appropriate.
• A keen interest in business development.
