An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valuation Surveyor to join a leading real estate advisory business in London. This role sits within a highly respected team specialising in valuation and fund reporting, offering exposure to a broad range of asset classes across the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver valuation and advisory services for accounting, fund reporting, and investment purposes.
- Undertake physical inspections of properties and support senior surveyors on more complex valuations.
- Execute valuation modelling including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, tenant/lease setup, and sensitivity testing.
- Assist with the preparation of high-quality valuation reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams in London and offshore support functions to drive operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records and ensure compliance with internal quality and risk management protocols.
- Liaise with clients, delivering consistent, high-quality advice and maintaining professional relationships.
- Support with business development activities, including pitch documents, presentations, and market research.
- Work across multiple property sectors and assist on cross-divisional projects where required.

Candidate Requirements
- MRICS-qualified with a recognised real estate or surveying degree.
- Prior experience in valuation, ideally including fund or long income work.

- A strong understanding of UK commercial property markets and valuation standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
