AllChild is an evidence-led charity currently working with over 1,600 children and 55 schools in London and the North West to ensure that each child can flourish. Across all of these schools, collecting accurate and up-to-date data is key in proactively identifying, planning and delivering preventive support, and driving impact for children and young people. As Head of Data and Systems, you will be responsible for maximising the effectiveness of AllChild through digital approaches. You will design and lead the development of our core systems, making sure the needs of colleagues and the organisation as a whole are reflected in plans and that the system supports the development and delivery of our impact programme and to support income generation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems are robust, available every day, and that future developments are planned and implemented on time and on budget. Above all, you will be passionate about helping colleagues deliver our programme and demonstrate the impact of what we do. You will have experience using and developing Salesforce as well as a track record of leading complex technology projects including project management and delivery, managing internal and external stakeholders. You will be experienced in working with a customised Salesforce environment requiring decision-making on data systems architecture as well as experience of scaling up IT systems to enhance organisational effectiveness of remote teams.
