Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CFO-COO to prepare and review financial statements and monthly management accounts for entities worldwide.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles to corporate partners.
• Oversee financial control activities, including bank reconciliations, payment authorizations, and cash transfers.
• Manage the firm\’s outsourced finance function.
• Liaise with auditors and oversee the year-end financial statement process.
• Assist in producing information for the annual business plan.
• Coordinate with auditors for the production of audited financial statements.

Tax Responsibilities

• Ensure tax compliance with authorities, including timely submission of returns, review of tax filings, and payment of taxes.
• Manage ad-hoc tax advisory services from external advisors.

Regulatory Responsibilities

• Update the Firm\’s Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) annually.
• Monitor ongoing capital adequacy.
