Ashton Recruitment requires a Complementary Therapy Programme Co-ordinator for our client, Relatives for Justice. This position is funded by Victims & Survivors Services. The role is based in Belfast with a permanent contract, offering £26,692 per annum for 30 hours per week.
The main responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and delivering complementary therapies across RFJs support centres and online for victims and survivors of conflict.
- Providing training and supervision to sessional therapists ensuring professional standards are maintained.
- Managing procurement of therapists and ensuring good governance and data protection.
- Maintaining safe, professional environments and reviewing policies for face-to-face and online clinics.
- Managing data systems like MYMOPS and Salesforce, and developing referral systems.
- Collaborating with RFJ staff, producing reports, and ensuring compliance with funders and best practices.
- Producing informational materials and maintaining records.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant qualification in complementary therapy with at least three years of experience working with trauma victims.
- Minimum two years project management experience in a community setting.
- Understanding of Ireland's conflict legacy and transitional justice models.
- Knowledge of trauma's somatic impacts and holistic support delivery.
- Experience in research, report writing, and submissions (minimum five years).
- Experience with CRM systems like MYMOP, CORE (minimum three years).
- Knowledge of NGO governance and professional therapeutic practices.
- Understanding of gender harms related to conflict and gender-sensitive approaches.
- CPD evidence in trauma.
- Excellent presentation, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Full driver's license or ability to travel.
