About Your Role

As an Associate / Associate Director, you will provide technical leadership to our design and assessment teams and will use your knowledge and skills to deliver quality work on time and within budget. You will lead design teams and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

  • Technical leadership of various bridge/civil engineering design and assessment projects in the UK and overseas
  • Conducting project reviews to optimize solutions and coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs
  • Managing resources and developing relationships with other teams
  • Agreeing on fees and managing the commercial aspects of projects
  • Promoting a culture of technical review and challenge
  • Developing client relationships and leading tenders and bids
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members
