The Regulatory Reporting Analyst will be a member of the Middle Office Investment Management Operations team, responsible for all regulatory reporting duties for EMEA and some global legislation. This includes reviewing and implementing new operational market regulation, and managing daily Trade, Transaction, and Holdings reporting to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily uploads and manage failures of data submissions to repositories and regulators.
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of issues related to regulatory reporting.
- Ensure timely completion of daily, monthly, and quarterly reconciliations with AB, regulators, and repositories.
- Manage client onboarding to support regulatory reporting requirements.
- Complete client attestations and certifications related to ASIC & EMIR regulations.
- Prepare KPI reports for presentation to internal reporting panels and senior management.
Additional Responsibilities:
OTC Reporting
- Manage daily data uploads to transaction repositories.
- Handle incidents and errors, and implement control process improvements.
- Test reporting system changes and assess impacts on upstream data providers.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for clients and funds, ensuring ongoing compliance with EMIR legislation.
MIFID Reporting
- Perform MIFID reporting using external solutions.
- Manage daily data uploads to UnaVista.
- Address incidents and errors, and improve reporting controls.
- Test system updates and ensure compliance with current and future legislation.
