We’re looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to spearhead the launch and ongoing success of a brand-new, 70 bed, purpose-built care facility. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture and establish outstanding standards of care right from day one.
You will be a passionate and driven nurse with an active NMC pin, ready to take the lead on a brand new care home from the ground up.
What we’re looking for:- Active NMC pin – Registered Nurse (RGN)
- Proven leadership in a care home setting
- Deep knowledge of CQC standards and a track record of strong leadership
- Passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
- Experience in commissioning or opening new services (ideal, not essential)
- Overseeing the full commissioning process of the home
- Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a high-performing team
- Managing budgets, occupancy, and compliance
