A craft beer bar serving the freshest beer known to humanity. The Euston Tap has 47 lines of draught beer to give you the best possible selection of beer available from all over the world.
We are looking for a confident and positive Supervisor that has great attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will be overseeing the rest of the team ensuring that all staff are trained to a high beer pouring standard. A passion for beer is essential. We are big on cask ale, so the candidate must be well cellar trained. Experience is essential.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Leading by example by delivering a warm and welcoming guest experience that reflects the essence of the company.
- Knowing the clientele and assessing their needs/preferences.
- Making recommendations and ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Ensuring a good venue atmosphere is maintained, i.e. Music, lighting, vibe etc.
- Ensuring product quality and perfect pours.
- Cellar maintenance, cask care & deliveries.
- Ensuring opening and closing tasks are being carried out properly.
- General housekeeping & organisation, keeping up to date with beer trends & new breweries.
- Overseeing cleanliness of bar, paying attention to possible health hazards and regulation violations, reporting any to the GM.
- Ensuring all legal requirements are adhered to and legislation is implemented regarding the service of alcohol.
- Promote and practice compliance with fire, food and drinks safety, hygiene standards and security regulations.

- Approving deliveries.
- Stock Rotation.
