What you will be doing:

  • Work as part of a team that supports global and regional clients in creating and delivering outstanding digital products and websites that drive our brand reputation and deliver business results.
  • Create quick prototypes that bring a digital experience to life, and produce deliverables such as user journeys, site maps, user-flows and wireframes, to define the experience for client and internal teams in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
  • Create and work with digital design systems, delivering impeccable work across multiple breakpoints.
  • Execute within brand guidelines while optimizing brand assets, tone, and expression in collaboration with the Lead Designer.
  • Present work internally and to clients, creating rational/conceptual presentations in Figma or PowerPoint.
  • Keep up to date with current interaction design trends, technologies, competitors, and industry best practices.
  • Confidently make contributions to workshops and collaboration sessions, presenting ideas to stakeholders from senior marketing executives to technical architects and developers.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research or AB tests, collaborating with third-party partners where relevant.
  • Collaborate with a cross-agency team including strategy, analytics, copy and technology to bring the best customer experience to life for the client.
  • Document design components and write functional specifications to ensure clear communication and implementation by development teams.

You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital UX/UI or product design role.
  • Experience working with beverage/spirits brands or retail/FMCG brands or luxury brands is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your ideas through to execution.
  • A passion for digital trends and interaction design.
  • You’ll be a proactive champion of user centred design.
  • Understanding of digital Design Systems, design processes and front-end implementation.
