The Role:

As a Salaried Partner or Solicitor in the Wills, Estates, and Wealth Management department, you will:

1. Lead a high-calibre caseload while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainable workloads
2. Guide and develop junior team members
3. Drive business development and marketing initiatives
4. Shape the future direction of a leading private client practice

Candidate Profile – The ideal candidate will bring:

1. Senior-level experience from a prestigious Regional, Legal 500, or National firm
2. At least 5 years PQE within Private Client
3. Deep technical expertise within private client matters
4. Proven business development capabilities
5. Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
6. Outstanding client relationship abilities
