- Location: SW10 9NH (Chelsea, Westminster Hospital and 5 other sites.)
- Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
- Work Hours: 40 Hours per week
- Contract: Full time | Permanent Position
You will supervise contracted and reactive M&E and fabric maintenance services, ensuring compliance with statutory, legislative, and contractual obligations. Maintain up-to-date records, data, and systems to provide an evidence-based platform for service delivery. Liaise with customers and their representatives, identify additional work opportunities, and support the contract manager in preparing quotations.

This role exists to ensure the effective supervision and delivery of maintenance services, meeting both statutory and non-statutory requirements, and to support the growth and retention of client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and additional works to ensure timely completion in line with contracted service levels.
- Manage the day-to-day operations and administration of safe systems of work.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Provide technical support to maximise asset life expectancy and reliability.
- Supervise HV & LV installations and carry relevant responsibilities of a Low Voltage Authorized Person.
- Conduct site audits, support financial procedures, and identify and scope additional work opportunities.
- Manage third-party contractors.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- HNC/ONC in Building Services Engineering (high level of electrical content)
- LV & HV Authorized Person qualification (Desirable)
- Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and awareness of CAFM systems
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Experience in managing safe systems of work
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Ability to identify and scope additional work opportunities
