Our sales team at our highly successful Sheffield dealership are looking for a new team member with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will: Take the time to talk to people and build genuine rapport to identify exactly what your customer needs, turning opportunities into business. Meet sales volume targets and maximize profit opportunities with each sale. Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long-term profitability for the dealership and group. Telephone prospect new and existing customers. Conduct customer meetings to secure orders and be involved in all processes up to and following delivery. Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans, and warranties. Keep up to date with current finance options, regulations, and legislation to provide customers with all available options. The working hours for this role are 45 hours per week on a rota basis: Monday to Friday, 08:45am – 6:00pm, Saturday 8:45am – 5:00pm. Who are we looking for? You will need: Experience in a target-driven retail sales environment, ideally within automotive sales. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication and persuasion skills, along with telephone prospecting experience. Motivation and drive. The ability to deliver a first-class customer buying experience and maximize profit opportunities. An enthusiasm for exceeding targets. The ability to perform well under pressure. An organized and methodical approach to work. Knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office. A full UK driving license.
