What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment (primary, secondary, SEND, or nursery)
- Strong 360° recruitment skills with a proven billing track record
- Previous experience managing or mentoring consultants - or ready to take the step up
- Commercial mindset and drive to develop business in a competitive market
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for school visits)
- Passionate about education and making a difference in schools and communities

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a small team of consultants
- Manage your own warm desk - placing education professionals across Kent
- Build and maintain strong school and candidate relationships
- Drive business development and team performance targets
- Conduct school visits, interviews, and client meetings regularly
- Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture
Working Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
- Hybrid working - 2 to 3 days from home
- Reduced hours during school holidays
