What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in education recruitment (primary, secondary, SEND, or nursery)
  • Strong 360° recruitment skills with a proven billing track record
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring consultants - or ready to take the step up
  • Commercial mindset and drive to develop business in a competitive market
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential for school visits)
  • Passionate about education and making a difference in schools and communities

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and support a small team of consultants
  • Manage your own warm desk - placing education professionals across Kent
  • Build and maintain strong school and candidate relationships
  • Drive business development and team performance targets
  • Conduct school visits, interviews, and client meetings regularly
  • Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Hybrid working - 2 to 3 days from home
  • Reduced hours during school holidays
