About the Team & Business Line The Transformation Office aims to standardize and optimize our organization continuously. By integrating expertise across processes, platforms, and lines of business, we provide clear guidance and governance to adapt to market dynamics, business demands, and client needs. As a key member, you will collaborate with industry professionals to deliver effective solutions for our clients and business. Qualifications 15+ years of experience in the real assets industry. Professional certification, Bachelor\’s, or Master\’s degree. Client-facing experience in financial services is essential. Strong knowledge of real estate fund structures, types, asset operations, and familiarity with investment accounting standards. Experience leading business transformation initiatives is preferred. Business development experience is preferred. Familiarity with Yardi Voyager is beneficial. Knowledge of infrastructure funds is beneficial. Understanding of technology trends and their industry applications. Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Creative, innovative, and persuasive abilities. Responsibilities Your Role: Collaborate with clients and the business to assess fund servicing needs, design operating models, and identify suitable technology solutions. Lead strategic client transformation projects by working closely with clients and internal teams. Maintain a client-driven approach, fostering long-term relationships during sales and onboarding. Provide deep product knowledge of Real Assets. Work with leadership to prioritize transformation initiatives, translating strategies into projects. Drive strategic direction within the Transformation Office to support business growth. Communicate transformation benefits and implications to internal stakeholders. Guide Business Analysts and project teams, sharing specialized knowledge. Support business requirements, testing, and development sign-offs. Contribute to client pitches by demonstrating expertise and solutions. Develop onboarding and transition plans for new clients. Identify risks, contribute to meetings, and report via the project manager. Stay updated on industry and technology trends.
