About the job

We have partnered with an elite boutique investment bank that is seeking a Senior Associate or Vice President for a Debt Advisory role focused on renewables & energy transition.

The team is led by industry-leading senior bankers with a strong track record in executing landmark pan-European mid-market and large-cap renewables Project Finance/Debt Advisory transactions. Due to recent successes and a robust pipeline for the upcoming year, they are looking to expand their team at the Senior Associate and/or VP level. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in renewables Project Finance/Debt Advisory.

Key responsibilities:

• Executing landmark pan-European mid-market and large-cap debt advisory transactions in the renewables & energy transition sector
• Managing all deal aspects, from origination to completion, with a focus on execution
• Supporting senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal background:

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Debt Advisory and/or Project Finance
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
