IT Support Analyst – 2nd line, Windows, IT Change Projects
We are hiring for a seasoned Support Analyst on a permanent basis to work onsite in the north east Birmingham area.
This is a really interesting role encompassing IT Support for users but bespoke application support and involvement in plenty of IT Change projects.
As such there will be stakeholder engagement across the business, in an almost BA capacity, to understand user needs, drive IT projects forward, implement and document.
You will have commercial experience in:
- MS 365
- Azure AD / Entra ID
- Azure
- Intune / Defender
- ITIL environment (ideally certified)
- Topdesk or other ITSM products
- Experience supporting bespoke applications
- Cisco routing and switching
- Change Management projects
- Any business analysis exposure
This is normal business working hours Monday – Friday, with a call rota, typically 1 week in 4-6 and is predominantly onsite due to the nature of the work.
