2-month assignment. Ranked Corporate Team. 7+ PQE. We are working closely with a leading UK law firm to support a critical short-term cover within their corporate team. This opportunity arises due to a planned absence during the summer, starting in June 2025. The team is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Lawyer with expertise in the renewable energy sector to step in during this period, with support from Partners within the team.
The successful candidate must be comfortable handling complex corporate M&A deals in renewables and confident working autonomously at a senior level. This is a high-calibre, senior-level role offering hands-on involvement in a dynamic, transaction-heavy Corporate M&A team with a strong reputation in renewables. The individual will work with a range of clients across clean energy and infrastructure sectors, ensuring continued delivery of excellent service during the absence.
While not responsible for managing junior team members, the candidate should be capable of structuring deals, delegating work, and handling tasks directly as needed.
