Due to their impressive recent growth, this established Construction Business are searching for a Commercial Lawyer to add to their in-house legal team of 10 based in Central London.

The Role
Working within a collaborative team of 10 legal professionals, you will report into the Head of Legal, taking responsibility for a range of legal responsibilities, incl; framework agreements, consultancy agreements, professional service agreements, deeds of novation/variation, confidentiality agreements and various other legal documents.
You will also assist on dispute resolution, contract management, legal research and much more. You will also monitor changes in legislation, ensuing that policies, documents and procedures are kept up-to-date with the law.
