Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support school improvement strategies to achieve outstanding educational outcomes.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
- NPQH or Equivalent Leadership Qualification - Desirable
- Proven track record of delivering commercial and quality KPIs and implementing successful change management projects at scale.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, Headteacher) within a specialist education setting.
- Expertise in managing educational projects, strategic operations, and budgets across multiple schools or regions.
