About the role: The role sits within the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Tax team, the largest specialist transactions tax team in PwC's global network. The team operates on a national basis, bringing the best experts to our clients and a broad range of opportunities to our people. What your days will look like:

  • Lead teams to deliver bespoke, commercially focused tax advice in a fast-paced international deals market.
  • Establish and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor; lead client engagements and coordinate across our Deals business to deliver multidisciplinary solutions.
  • Ensure successful delivery and management of projects, including overseeing financial performance.
  • Contribute to the strategic vision of the Deals Tax Team by identifying opportunities for growth and diversification.

  • You have extensive experience leading teams on M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling.
  • You possess a strong understanding of indirect and transfer taxes, management taxes, and international tax principles.
  • You have a proven track record of building internal and external relationships and networks within the UK and internationally.
  • You are skilled at winning client engagements and developing new business relationships.
