About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership
  • Report to the Operations Director
  • Drive performance across all departments to meet manufacturer and business targets
  • Maximise dealership profitability while achieving customer service and retention objectives

About You

Candidate Expectations:

  • Thorough knowledge of all areas of a franchised motor retail operation with proven managerial experience
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Effective communication at all levels
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Planning and organisational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Full UK driving licence
