We\’re partnering with a dynamic, internationally operating organisation in their search for a Learning & Development Partner. Based in Manchester, you will lead their L&D agenda from a local base while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders globally. What you\’ll be doing:

As the L&D Partner, you\’ll lead key talent development initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. Your focus areas will include:

Designing and delivering early careers programmes, including internships and graduate schemes
Creating clear career pathways and progression frameworks
Leading succession planning and talent identification strategies
Delivering engaging learning experiences, both face-to-face and virtually
Supporting onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent and quality employee experience
Coaching, mentoring, and developing high-potential employees

What we\’re looking for:

To succeed in this role, you\’ll bring:

Proven experience in Learning & Development, with expertise in designing and implementing impactful programmes
A strong track record in early careers development and career path design
Experience with succession planning and leadership development
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multiple teams and locations
Experience within a global matrix or multi-site environment (highly desirable)
