Non-Executive Director

Our client is a rapidly growing Franchise business. .Their private equity investors seek a non-executive director for the board.

The Board has responsibility to develop the strategic direction of the business and ensure the functions of the organisation are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

I am seeking an individual with a proven track record as an NXD in a private equity backed fanchise businesses in Ireland. This is not therefore the right role for an ex MP. or someone with a background in Quangos or the public sector
