THE ROLE

We have a new role for a Property Development Solicitor at Partner level

The role will involve helping to develop and grow an existing team

As a Partner, you will be advising developers, house builders and landowners

You will have responsibility for handling a broad ranging workload to include;-

Plot sales and property finance arrangements for development transactions

Drafting and negotiating option agreements, conditional contracts, promotion agreements, S106 agreements, infrastructure agreements.

Preparing for/overseeing commercial/residential plot sales.

Marketing and business development

Mentoring and managing team members

THE CANDIDATE

You will have 8 + PQE handling property development work, with management experience and high value/complex development transactional experience

Experience handling secured acquisition and development finance transactions would be of particular interest.

You will ideally have a following to bring to a new role

You will be a forward thinking motivated individual looking to develop a long term career handling development work

Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and client care skills
