Key role for an experienced planning lawyer, up to partner level.
Our Client: A well-established and highly-regarded commercial law firm, our client has a multi-office presence, predominantly in the South of England. Legal 500 and Chambers rated, the firm has a particular strength in the property sector and a reputation for punching well above its weight.
The Role: This is a ready-made role for an experienced lawyer to head up the firm’s planning team, working with clients including national FTSE 250 and regional house builders. The interesting portfolio of work includes:
- major planning applications;
- planning enquiries on major developments;
- planning support on individual projects;
- overseeing infrastructure and section agreements.
You: You may currently be an experienced private practice lawyer or an in-house lawyer interested in a return to private practice. You may be looking for a step-up in terms of responsibility, or to move from a more anonymous role elsewhere. You are likely to have at least 8 years’ of relevant experience and be looking for an opportunity to bring your skills to bear in a firm where you can really make a difference and in a role which will offer much in terms of career development.
