As a Carbon Cost Manager specialising in Building Lifecycle Analysis (LCA), you will be instrumental in quantifying and mitigating the environmental impact of buildings throughout their entire lifespan.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive Building Lifecycle Assessments (LCA) in accordance with relevant standards and methodologies.
- Develop and implement strategies for reducing the embodied and operational carbon of building projects.
- Analyse material choices, construction processes, and energy performance to identify carbon hotspots and optimization opportunities.
- Utilize and potentially contribute to the development of carbon calculation tools and software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, and contractors to integrate sustainable design and construction practices.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on carbon reduction targets and compliance with environmental regulations.

- Proven experience as a Carbon Cost Consultant or Sustainability Specialist with a strong focus on Building Lifecycle Analysis (LCA).
