Assisting hiring managers with CV and application screening. Preparing interview materials and offering support during the interview process. Coordinating with recruitment agencies regarding permanent, temporary, and contract roles. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports. Organising and facilitating recruitment events, such as assessment centres. Ensuring effective communication with the broader HR team.
