What you’ll do:
- Executing RFXs, contract negotiation and management, and SRM/continuous improvement work with key suppliers.
- Deliver committed benefits on time and to expectation – provide accurate project tracking and benefits reporting and manage and escalate issues and risks.
- Source new solutions and services at pace, using appropriate processes and at the best value to Costa Coffee.
- Contribute to the development and use of procurement policies and processes.
- Manage a portfolio of suppliers and contracts ensuring compliance to contractual obligations and lead innovation discussions with strategic partners.
Who you are:
- Broad understanding and associated procurement best practice at a global level.
- Fully conversant with a broad range of sourcing strategies required to underpin corporate strategies.
- Influencing – Able to communicate & influence effectively at senior / Executive levels.
- Relationship Management – Able to build strong, value-adding relationships with internal customers.
- Project Management – Able to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results to agreed timescales.
- Data analysis – proficient with the use of excel and the management of large dataset.
