Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Program Manager at Thales UK located in Templecombe. As a Program Manager, you will oversee and manage the successful delivery of complex programs. Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining program goals and objectives, developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also manage risks and issues, ensure effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in program management processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans and track progress
• Knowledge of program management methodologies and best practices
• Ability to manage risks and issues effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in the relevant industry/domain is preferred
• Bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Professional certifications in program management (e.g., PgMP, PMP) are a plus
