Job Title: Café Manager

One Fylde is recruiting a Café Manager to operationally manage a café in Fleetwood and support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a learning workplace enterprise.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
• Supervise and mentor people with learning disabilities and autism.
• Delegate tasks, place orders, and receive deliveries.
• Manage stock, control portions, and minimize wastage.
• Prepare and cook healthy, quality meals; develop new menus.
• Maintain safe food storage and ensure high standards of service, presentation, and hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, COSHH, and allergy regulations.
• Complete documentation for internal monitoring, including temperature sheets and cleaning schedules.
• Maintain the café\’s 5-star Food Hygiene Rating.
• Support staff and people we support in contributing to the café\’s efficient operation.
• Produce management reports and address safeguarding concerns per policy.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and verify daily finances.
