Key Responsibilities:
- Process & Assess - Evaluate new bridging loan applications and conduct credit analysis.
- Credit Proposals - Prepare detailed submissions for Credit Committee approval.
- Loan Documentation - Draft offer letters and ensure compliance during drawdown.
- Underwriting - Review and approve loans based on set criteria.
- Broker & Client Management - Handle case-related queries and manage expectations.
- Stakeholder Coordination - Work with internal teams (Legal, Risk, Sales) and external partners (surveyors, solicitors, clients) for seamless loan execution.
Industry Experience Required: Must have proven background in bridging and/or development finance.
